Educational CD-ROM for newly diagnosed
This educational CD-ROM features video clips from health professionals, family members and children who are all affected by type 1. With educational games, this CD-ROM provides a useful introduction to type 1 diabetes for both parents and children to watch together. To order a copy of the CD-ROM, please fill in the Request Form.
T1 Kids website
Visit JDRF's website for kids. The website is packed with information about type 1 diabetes, as well as blogs, research information and videos. Games likes ‘Ketones Attack’ test your ability to combat high blood sugar with insulin, while having fun! To visit the site, go to: www.t1kids.org.uk
T1 - the magazine for kids
This magazine is packed full of movie reviews, competitions, interviews from young people living with type 1 and the latest news from the world of research. This magazine is free to all those who subscribe. To subscribe please fill in the Request Form and specify your interest.

Signs and symptoms poster
We sent out this poster to all the GP surgeries in the UK. The aim is to encourage anyone with these symtoms to talk to their GP as soon as possible so an early diagnosis can be made. Look out for this poster at your next visit to the GP surgery. If you cannot see the poster or would like to order some posters then email the name and address of your surgery or clinic to outreach@jdrf.org.uk or fill in the online information request form.
