Walk to Cure Diabetes

The annual Walk to Cure Diabetes is JDRF's most popular event, uniting people across the UK to find a cure for type 1 (juvenile) diabetes.  The Walk is a fun way for families, friends and workmates to get involved and make a difference to the lives of over 350,000 people in the UK who have the condition.

The Walks are roughly 5 miles in length and are designed to be an achievable distance for young and old alike. Each Walk site has refreshments and entertainment and is a fantastic fun day out for all the family.

The success of the Walk to Cure Diabetes is down to communities joining together to make a difference. Whether you are an individual, part of a family, a pupil at a school , or an employee or employer, everyone can join in and Walk to Cure Diabetes.
